Refund Policy

At Bione, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you are happy with our products and are pleased to offer a refund under the following conditions:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs of Rs.250 for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Full Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a full refund if:

1. You received a defective item.
2. Your order is lost or damaged during transit.
3. The item you received is past its expiry date.

Refund Processing

Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Delays may occur due to bank policies, which are beyond our control. Refunds are typically credited within 24 hours.

Return Policy

We aim to deliver your orders accurately and to your satisfaction. If you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify Bione Customer Support within 7 working days of receiving your order for a prompt resolution. Please note that we cannot accept liability for delivery issues reported after this period.

If you wish to return an unopened, unused product that is not defective, we may allow this within 7 days of receipt.
